Deliver & Set Program
In the Deliver & Set program you will get me as the General Contractor or you can hire a General Contractor of your own. In using this program, past homeowners have reported an average saving of 15% to 20%.
Quality Modular Homes will provide:
- Owner (General Contractor) friendly banks.
- Help in the design of your Floor plans.
- Stamped Modular Home Blue Prints. Modular Home (Built to our specs or yours).
- Transportation to your site.
- Set crew fees.
- A list of sub-contractors in good standing with Quality Modular Homes.
Buyers acting as General Contractors are responsible for, but not limited to:
- Engineering and Survey of lot
- Contacting and scheduling sub-contractors: mason, electrician, plumber, Carpenters, etc.
- Septic and septic design (if required)
- Well and water testing (if required)
- Clearing the lot, fill, grading, landscaping
- Lot conditions suitable for the crane and modular home to be parked on site (ex. Stabilized ground, clearing of trees and limbs)
- Crane the day of the set (consult Quality Modular Homes)
- Crawl space of basement including sill plate, basement steps, and required insulation
- Plumbing [wish and hook ups
- Electrical finish and hook ups
- Heat and air conditioning system
- Interior finish (ex. DI}'Wall, spackle, doors at mate wall, carpet, & paint)
- Exterior finish (ex. Siding, gutters, steps, and decks)
- Lot improvements (driveway, curbs, sidewalks)
